摘要
针对电子机壳具有壳壁薄、侧孔和侧向倒扣的结构特点,在对模具设计时采用斜导柱、滑块、斜顶等机构联合组成侧向抽芯机构,从而在不损伤机壳表面的情况下顺利脱模。设计的组合式侧向抽芯机构具有结构紧凑、运动准确、工作稳定、运用方便,以及在生产中的应用具有普遍性等特点。通过验证,此设计满足生产要求。
According to the electronic part shell' s structure characteristics of the shell, side holes and lateral padlocks, the mold design used the combined side-core electronic part with pulling institution with slanted guide pillar, slider and inclined ejecting block, so the institution helped to avoid scratching the surface of the workpiece and made it easier to demould. The design of the combined side-core pulling mechanism had the advantages of compact structure, accurate movement, stable operation, convenient application and universal application in production. Through verification, the design met the requirements of production.
