摘要
通过打印实验研究了在熔融沉积成型(FDM)工艺3D打印成型过程中,环境温度对成型制品成型精度的影响,并对原料性能、制品收缩率和翘曲率开展了研究。并进一步提出了提高3D打印精度和制品表面质量的措施。结果表明,环境温度越高,制品的翘曲率越低,即制品成型精度越高。所采用的实验研究方法对于探讨3D打印工艺的一般规律具有参考价值。
By the printing experiment, this paper studied that the effect of ambient temperature on the molding precision of products during the process of 3D printing with fused deposition modeling (FDM) , and the performance of raw materials, shrinkage and warp rate of products were also studied. Further, some measures to improve the precision of 3D printing and the product' s surface quality were put forward. The results showed that the higher the ambient temperature was, the lower the warp rate of products was, namely higher molding precision. Besides, the measures to improve the precision and surface quality of 3 D printing are presented. The experimental method used in this paper was valuable for exploring the general rules of 3D printing process.
