摘要
将纳米羟基磷灰石(NanoHAP)和聚己内酯(PCL)共混制备复合材料,探讨了NanoHAP含量对材料结晶性能、透湿透氧性能及流变性能的影响。结果表明,NanoHAP充当了异相晶核,诱导了PCL的结晶,且其诱导结晶作用直接影响了复合材料的透氧性能,导致复合材料的透氧性能呈现出先降低后升高的变化趋势,而NanoHAP的亲水作用也会提高复合材料的透湿性能;另外,NanoHAP的添加增加了复合材料体系的松弛过程,在提高复合材料弹性的同时也造成其出现两相分离的情况。
In this study, nano hydroxyapatite (NanoHAP) and polycaprolaetone (PCL) composites were prepared to investigate the effect of the NanoHAP loading on the properties of crystallization, oxygen and water vapor permeability and theology. The results showed that: the added NanoHAP acted as heterogeneous nucleation which led to the increasing of the crystallinity of PCL, and the improvement of crystallinity directly affected the oxygen permeation properties of the composites, which made the oxygen permeability properties of the composites decrease first and then increase; the oxygen permeability of the composite was also improved because of the hydrophilic interaction of NanoHAP. Additionally, the addition of NanoHAP increased the relaxation process of the composite system, which improved the elastic property but also leaded to phase separation.
