球形氧化铝在填充PA10T中的分散性研究及其对材料性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究了不同螺杆组合及喂料方式对球形氧化铝在填充PA10T材料中分散性的影响。结果表明,氧化铝在喂入挤出机后,加强螺杆剪切对氧化铝的分散并没有大的帮助,将多个集中的剪切块适当分散排布,增加氧化铝在喂入挤出机后的传输速度,降低熔体压力,更有利于氧化铝的分散;研究还发现,将氧化铝与PA10T预聚物粉预混后再加入螺杆也有助于氧化铝的分散。而且氧化铝的分散性越好,材料机械性能越好,熔体黏度越高。 The effects of different combinations of screw and feeding style on the dispersion of spherical alumina filled in PAIOT were studied. It was observed that strengthening the screw shear had no more help to better dispersion of spherical alumina. However, proper distribution of mixing blocks was more benefit to increasing alumina transmission speed in extruder and lowering the melt pressure. It also found that premixing the spherical alumina with PA10T pre-polymer powder was more helpful to the dispersion of spherical alumina. And it was observed that the better dispersion of spherical alumina, the better mechanical properties and the higher melt viscosity of PA10T composites.
