摘要
以可食性胶囊包装材料为研究对象,正己烷为提取溶剂,超声波萃取,用气相色谱-质谱法的离子选择监测对样品中的16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)进行检测。在0.1~8.0 mg/L范围内,该方法具有良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99,16种PAEs的检出限在3.08~152.5μg/kg之间,平均回收率为80.7%~103.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.2%~7.8%之间。
The simultaneous determination of 16 phthalate acid ester( PAE) plasticizers in edible capsule packaging by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) was developed. Samples were extracted by ultrasound with hexane. 16 phthalates were tested by the SIM mode of GC-MS. This method has good linear relationship with the correlation coefficients were between 0. 998 and 1. 000,and the detection limits of 16 PAEs from 3. 08 to 152. 5 μg/kg. The average recoveries ranged from 80. 7% to 103. 0% with the relative standard deviations of 1. 2% ~ 7. 8%. The method was simply, sensitive and repeatability with simultaneous determination of 16 PAEs in edible capsule packaging. Therefore,the method could meet the demand for routine analysis of 16 PAEs.
