摘要
介绍了俄罗斯为第5代、第5代半(俄罗斯划分)航空发动机研制的新型ВВП系(ВВ750П、ВВ751П、ВВ752П、ВВ753П)粉末高温合金的最新进展。俄罗斯采用等离子旋转电极法(PREP)制粉+直接热等静压(As-HIP)成形工艺制造粉末高温合金盘件。ВВП系粉末高温合金的抗拉强度、650℃下的持久强度以及低周疲劳性能均优于ЭП741НП合金,但塑性、韧性低于ЭП741НП合金。ВВП系合金盘件性能满足第5代、第5代半航空发动机的设计要求。其中,ВВ751П和ВВ752П属于高强型合金,可用于工作温度为650~700℃的盘件等;ВВ750П和ВВ753П属于高热强型合金,可用于工作温度在750℃以上的盘件等。俄罗斯已开始工业试制批生产和提供航空发动机涡轮和压气机用ВВ750П合金盘件;ВВ751П合金盘件等已用于发动机ПД14和РД-133;ВВ752П和ВВ753П合金盘件处于试制阶段。
The latest development of new type BBП series(BB750П, BB751П, BB752П and BB753H) powder metallurgy(PM) superalloy designed for the fifth generation and fifth- and- one-half generation of aircraft engine (Russia division) were introduced. The PM superalloy discs are produced by directly hot isostatic pressing powders atomized by plasma rotating electrode process (PREP). The mechanical properties of BBЛ series PM superalloys, such as tensile strength, endurance strength at 650℃ and low cycle fatigue life are superior to those of ЭП741НП PM superalloy, while the plasticity and toughness of BBП series PM superalloys are inferior to those of ЭП741НП PM superalloy. BBП series PM superalloys components such as turbine discs meet the design requirements of the fifth generation and fifth-and-one-half generation of aircraft engine in Russia. The BB751П and BB752П superalloys has sound strength, and can be used as hot section components, such as turbine disc, which working at 650- 700 ℃. The BB750H and BB753П PM superalloys has sound strength at higher temperature, and can be used as hot section components, such as turbine disc, which working above 750℃. In Russia, BB750П superalloys discs for turbine and compressor are in industrial batch production stage, BB751П superalloys discs have been applied in ПД14 and РД-133 engines, while the discs of ВВ752П and ВВ753П superalloys are presently in trial manufacturing stage.
