Strengthening and toughening technology research of tungsten carbide materials and apparatus

摘要 在WC粉末中加入Ni、Al粉末,采用粉末冶金工艺,经过液相烧结,反应合成Ni3Al粘结相,制成WCNi3Al硬质复合材料及器件,具有较高的强韧性和抗氧化性,有重要的工业应用前景。 The Ni and A1 powder was added into WC powder, the Ni3A1 binder phase was synthesized through liq- uid phase sintering by powder metallurgy process. WC-Ni3A1 hard composite materials and apparatus with binder phase of Ni3A1 have high strength, toughness and oxidation resistance, which have important industrial application prospect.
