模压成形和注射成形钼端帽对比研究

Comparative study of molybdenum caps made by die forming and MIM

分别采用模压成形和注射成形工艺制备钼端帽,系统分析两者之间的差异,为后续工艺设计提供借鉴。研究结果表明:在外观、焊接强度、端帽强度方面,模压成形钼端帽要优于注射成形钼端帽;尺寸控制方面,模压成形和注射成形各有所长。

Differences between the molybdenum caps prepared by die forming and MINI were studied systematical- ly, to provide reference for the following process design. The results indicate that the molybdenum caps made by die forming are better than those made by MIM on the aspects of appearance, welding strength and cap strength, while die forming and MIM both has its good points on size control.
