摘要
介绍了自蔓延高温合成(SHS)涂层的制备工艺,包括SHS铸造涂层、SHS气相传输涂层、SHS烧结涂层、SHS反应喷涂涂层。分析了不同涂层技术的制备过程、制备特点、性能以及优缺点,并提出了存在的问题,对其研究发展的动向进行了展望。
The preparation processes of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis （SHS） coating were intro- duced, including SHS casting coating, SHS gas-transmission coating, SHS sintered coating and SHS reactive ther- mal spraying coating. The preparation process, properties and characteristics of different coating technology were analyzed. The main existing problems were put forward, and the development trend was also prospected.
