江苏沿海地区生态文明发展水平空间差异研究

Spatial Variation of the Ecological Civilization Development Levels in Jiangsu Coastal Area

江苏沿海分布有14个县(市),采用熵值法结合GIS技术,以江苏沿海14个县(市)为研究对象,从社会、经济、文化、生态四个方面选取13个指标对江苏沿海地区生态文明发展水平空间差异进行了研究,结果表明:(1)江苏沿海地区生态文明发展水平存在中等程度的变异,其中通州市、海门市、启东市、大丰市、东台市生态文明发展水平较高,响水县、灌云县、灌南县、滨海县较低。(2)沿海地区社会、经济、文化和生态四方面发展水平也都存在中等程度的变异。(3)运用相关性分析法对生态文明发展水平的影响因素进行了分析,结果表明城镇居民人均可支配收入、社会消费品零售总额、农用化肥施用量与生态文明发展水平的相关性较大;并从统筹协调的角度提出推动沿海地区生态文明发展的建议。

This paper takes the 14 counties in Jiangsu coastal area as the research object, studying the spatial variation of the ecological civilization development levels from the social, economic, cultural and ecological aspects, selecting 13 indicators by the entropy method and GIS. The findings are as follows：（ 1） There is moderate variation in the ecological civilization development levels in Jiangsu coastal area, more specifically speaking, Haimen, Tongzhou, Qidong, Dafeng and Dongtai are on the higher level, while Ganyun, Xiangshui, Guan Nan, and Binhai are on the lower one.（ 2） There is moderate variation in the social, economic, cultural and ecological development levels in Jiangsu coastal area.（ 3） The per capital disposable income of urban residents, total retail sales of social consumer goods and the quantities of agricultural fertilizer are closely related to the ecological civilization development level. Further more, it promotes the methods to accelerate the ecological civilization development in Jiangsu coastal area.
