实习护生与骨科住院患者沟通影响因素的质性研究

Qualitative Study of the Influencing Factors of Communication between Nursing Students and Orthopedic Inpatients

目的了解实习护生与骨科住院患者沟通的影响因素。方法 2013年3月,采取目的抽样法选择在某三级甲等医院骨科关节病区实习的5名护生和初次住院的5例患者为访谈对象,采用现象学方法分别对其进行深入半结构式访谈,将访谈内容进行总结、归纳和提炼。结果影响实习护生与骨科住院患者沟通的因素主要包括护生的意识、知识和技能等自身因素、患者的需求以及老师带教。结论带教老师应加强对实习护生护患沟通技巧的指导,强化其沟通意识,以为其今后进入临床从事护理工作打下良好基础。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of communication between the nursing students and orthopedic inpatients.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to collect data from 5 nursing students and 5 orthopedic inpatients.Phenomenological method was used to conclude, organize and analyze the data. Results The influencing factors of the communication between the nursing students and inpatient included the nursing students＇ consciousness, knowledge and skills, patients＇ need and the clinical teaching.Conclusion The clinical teachers should strengthen awareness of the communication between nursing students and patients,and effectively apply with the communication skills to build a great foundation for the future clinical work.
