国内外护士实施人工气道内吸引能力现状的文献调查

Literature Review of the Current Status of Nurses' Ability on Artificial Airway Suction in Abroad and Domestic

目的系统回顾国内外护士实施人工气道内吸引能力的现状,为构建人工气道内吸引的临床实践指南提供理论依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Science direct、万方学术期刊数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国全文数据库辅以互联网络检索,收集符合纳入标准的关于护士实施人工气道内吸引能力的文献,并采用定性系统评价的方法对纳入文献进行分析。结果最终纳入10篇文献。分析结果显示,护士实施气道内吸引能力较低,主要问题环节包括吸引前的评估、患者准备、预充氧、感染控制、吸痰管型号和吸引负压选择、吸引时间和频次等。结论应进一步提高护士实施人工气道内吸引的能力,并研究相关知识技能的培训项目,以保证患者安全,提高护理质量。

Objective To systematically review the status of nurses＇ ability on artificial airway suction in domestic and abroad,in order to provide theoretical reference for building the artificial airway suction clini- cal practice guidelines.Methods Pubmed, Science direct, Wanfang, VIP, CNKI databases were used to searched for papers.The selected papers were analyzed by qualitative system evaluation method.Results Ten eligible papers were identified.Extract relevant contents found nurses＇ ability were low.The majority problems were assessment before suction, patient preparation, preoxygenation, infection control, catheter type, negative pressure selection,duration of suction and times of suction.Conclusion It should further en- hance the nurses＇ ability of airway suction,and explore the training programs on related knowledge and skills,in order to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
