亚专业手术配合模式下建立专科手术配合标准的应用效果

Application Effect of Specialized Surgery Cooperation Standard Construction under the Sub-professional Operation Cooperation Model

目的探讨亚专业手术配合模式下建立专科手术配合标准的应用效果。方法比较2013年8-11月32例腹腔镜直肠手术应用腹腔镜直肠手术配合标准后与2013年3-6月应用传统习惯手术配合的27例腹腔镜直肠手术的术前物品准备时间、患者麻醉后等待时间、手术医生等待时间、消毒铺巾时间、术中器械配送次数等5项指标,并调查两组手术医生对手术护士配合工作的满意程度。结果两组手术5项指标和手术医生满意程度的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论亚专业手术配合模式下建立专科手术配合标准能规范手术配合操作,提高亚专业手术配合效率和亚专业护士工作质量,提高医生对手术护士的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of the specializecl surgery cooperation standard con struction under the sub-professional operation cooperation model.Methods Totally 32 patients were ap plied with surgery cooperation standard in laparoscopic surgery between August to November 2013 and 27 patients were received traditional method between March to June in 2013. The preoperative preparation time, waiting time after anesthesia, surgeons waiting time, disinfection time, equipment distribution times and the satisfaction of surgeons were compared between two groups.Results The significant differences of 5 index and surgeons satisfaction level were showed between two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Coopera- ting with the sub-professlonal operation model to establish specialized surgery can standardize surgical operation,improve the operation efficiency and quality of work of the nurse,and also improve the satisfaction level of surgeon towards surgical nurses.
