金华市养老机构护士核心能力的现状及其影响因素 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨金华市养老机构护士核心能力的现状,分析其影响因素,以期为制定相关政策提供临床依据。方法 2014年12月,采用"中国老年护理核心能力测评量表"对金华市51名从事老年护理工作的护士进行问卷调查。结果所有护士均参加过各级各类培训,绝大多数以养老机构内组织的培训为主。金华市老年护理院护士核心能力处于中上水平。除评判性思维和科研能力处于中等偏下水平外,其他各维度均处于中等及中等偏上水平,以法律、伦理素质得分最高。不同的工作年限、技术职称的提升、聘任方式的护士,其护理核心能力评分的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),工作年限是影响护士核心能力的主要因素。结论不同的聘任方式、护理技术职称的提升、工作年限的高低不同,使得不同护士在老年护理核心能力上存在差异。 Objective To explore the status of the core competence of the clinical nurses working in elderly care institutions, and analyze its influencing factors, in order to provide references for make relevant policy. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted using scale of Geriatric Nursing Competency Inventory on 51 nurses who worked in elderly care institutions. Results All nurses were participated into certain grade of trainings,and most of them were organized by the elderly care institution.The core ability of nurses was in the upper level, except for the critical thinking ability and scientific research ability, which were below the average level, and the law and ethical quality had the highest score.There was statistical significance of nursing core competence score between nurses with different working years, title and employment types (all P〈0.05).Working years was the main influencing factor affected nurse core competence.Conclusion Different employment type, different technical titles and work experience make that the different clinical nurse have differences in nurses core competence.
