蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid Combination with Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of Infantile Herpangina

目的:探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合康复新液涂抹患处治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2013年5月至2014年6月166例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组86例和对照组80例。两组患儿均给予常规综合治疗,包括室内通风、多休息、进食清淡易消化的食物、多饮水,以及相关对症处理,合并细菌感染者给予口服抗生素。治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予口服蒲地蓝消炎口服液并联合康复新液涂抹患处,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予利巴韦林颗粒口服,观察两组退热时间、流涎消失时间、疱疹及溃疡消失时间,比较总病程并评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率97.7%,对照组总有效率83.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间、流涎消失时间、疱疹及溃疡消失时间及总病程明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合局部涂抹康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效明显优于口服利巴韦林颗粒组,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the curative effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combination with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of infantile herpangina. Methods： One hundred and sixty-six cases of children with herpangina in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2014 were divided into two groups by random number table method, the treatment group 86 cases, the control group 80 cases. Two groups were given conventional treatment, including indoor and ventilated, more rest, eat delicate digestible food, drinking water, and related symptomatic treatment, amalgamative bacterium infection given oral antibiotics. Treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment was used Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combination with Kangfuxin liquid daub affected part, the control group on the basis of conventional treatment was given oral ribavirin particles. The time of defervescence, salivary glands, herpes and ulcer disappear were observed, the total course of the disease and curative effect were compared in two groups. Results： The total effectiveness in treatment group was 97.7% , the control group was 83.3% , the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The time of defervescence, salivary glands, herpes and ulcer disappear, total course in treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combination with Kangfuxin liquid local daub in the treatment of infantile herpangina is superior to oral ribavirin granules, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
