小儿用药专业临床药师带教工作模式的探索和体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的:总结临床药师带教体会,探讨小儿用药专业临床药师带教的相关问题。方法:结合教学实践,分析讨论小儿用药专业临床药师工作的必要性、带教中临床知识的教学重点和难点以及药学综合知识能力的提高。结果:儿科疾病种类及儿童生理发育与成人有很大差别,指导儿科临床药师学员时,临床教学的重点在于相似疾病的鉴别诊断,难点在于儿童液体疗法、新生儿输液速度的控制和营养的计算;药学知识教学重点在于药物治疗方案的选择。现有的儿童用药专业培训指南尚存在轮转和药历要求病种不完全协调,需要增加新生儿和外科病种要求的补充和改进。结论:通过临床药师培训能提高临床药师的知识和能力,使其发挥重要作用。而目前小儿用药专业临床药师人才缺乏、能力有限,急需扩大培训基地、增加带教药师资源、提高培训质量、促进该项工作开展。 Objective: To summarize professional clinical pharmacists teaching expeience, and discuss several related questions about professional clinical pharmacists teaching. Methods: Discussed the essentiality of professional clinical pharmacists, the intensive and hard parts of clinical knowledge, and enhanced drug compounding knowledge. Results: Diseases classification and physiogenesis of children are different from adults. The intensive part of clinical knowledge is to differentiate several similar diseases. The hard parts are fluid therapy, drug infusion speed control and nutrition calculation of newborn. The intensive part of drug knowledge is the selection of drug treatment protocol. Discordance is exist between cycling around several departments and requiring disease of pharmaceutical care database in recent guideline of pediatric medicine professional training, so it needs to improve for newborn and pediatric surgery. Conclusion: Pediatric care education can enhance the knowledge and capacity of professional clinical pharmacists. Nowadays, the education center in China is not enough, so there is an urgent need for increasing the number and quality of the teacher of professional clinical pharmacists.
