摘要为开发利用印尼某铁品位为49.42%、含镍0.44%的红土镍矿体顶部覆盖的风化壳,对其进行了还原焙烧—磁选工艺试验。结果表明:在还原剂用量为5%、焙烧温度为800℃、焙烧时间为15 min、焙烧矿水萃冷却后磨细至-0.074 mm占85%、磁场强度为96 k A/m条件下磁选,可获得铁品位为60.60%、回收率为91.60%的铁精矿,为该类型矿石的开发利用提供了依据。
