摘要
孤岛工作面是煤矿冲击动力灾害多发区。针对某矿7439工作面三侧临空的开采环境建立冲击矿压弱化控制技术体系,并进行了冲击危险分析。结果表明:孤岛工作面覆岩运动剧烈、应力高度集中,静载主导-动载诱发动静载叠加诱冲机理,7439工作面冲击危险指数为0.76,具有强冲击危险性,整个辅运顺槽及盘区大巷保护煤柱区巷道群为重点防冲区。工作面回采前进行大直径钻孔预卸压,回采期间采取大直径钻孔、煤体爆破及顶板预裂爆破等解危措施,现场效果良好。该研究成果为类似条件下煤岩动力灾害防治提供借鉴和指导。
The isolated island working face is the multiple zone of coal mine dynamic disasters. Based on the mining environment of 7439 working face with three sides facing goafs in a mine,the shock hazard analysis of it is conducted and the weakening and controlling system of rock-burst is established. The results show that the overlying strata moves violently and stress concentrates highly in the isolated is-land working face,the superposition of dynamic and static loading induces rock-burst with Static load dominant-dynamic load induced;the shock hazard index of 7439 face is 0.76 with higher shock hazard;the auxiliary transport gateway and panel alleys groups of main entry protection coal pillar area are the key region of prevention rock-burst;the large diameter borehole pressure should be implemented before min-ing and some danger-breaking measures including large diameter borehole pressure,coal blasting and roof pre-splitting blasting should be taken to release dangers during mining,the in-sit application results is good.The research results can provide reference for the preventing of coal or rock dynamical disasters un-der similar conditions.
