热带假丝酵母菌毒力因子研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着免疫功能不全人群增多,热带假丝酵母菌已成为院内感染重要的非白假丝酵母之一。热带假丝酵母菌的致病性与一系列的毒力因子有关,重要的毒力因子包括:黏附和生物膜形成、天冬氨酰蛋白酶、磷脂酶及溶血活性。目前关于假丝酵母菌毒力因子的研究多集中于白色假丝酵母菌,而热带假丝酵母菌毒力因子的研究十分有限,其致病机制尚不清楚,本文就目前最新的热带假丝酵母菌毒力因子研究进展进行综述。
