摘要
研究伴随增龄而出现的血管老化问题已成为防治心血管疾病的新靶点。血管老化作为一种退行性疾病,其病理改变主要涉及内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞的衰老。端粒学说是被广泛讨论的衰老假说之一,端粒长度的缩短被认为是细胞衰老的开始;端粒酶作为一种特殊的核糖核蛋白复合体,能够有效维持端粒的长度以延缓衰老,进而推测端粒、端粒酶可能通过细胞衰老的形式与血管老化发生密切的联系。
The research of vascular aging problem with age has become a new target for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascu- lar disease. Vascular aging, which pathological changes mainly involved in endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells senescence, is a degenerative disease. The telomere hypothesis is one of the widely discussed hypothesis of senescence, the shortening of telomere length is considered to be the start of cellular senescence;telomerase is a ribonucleoprotein complex special,which can effectively maintain telomere length in order to delay aging. And then we speculated that telomere and telomerase may be contact closely with vascular ageing through the form of cell senescence.
