摘要
以年产20万t/a合成气制乙二醇装置为例,采用夹点技术确定原换热网络的最优最小传热温差,在此最小传热温差下,从局部到整体分析比较乙二醇装置以及其各组成单元的用能情况,提出了优化原换热网络的方案,结果表明:循环水节省51%,中压蒸汽节省19%,低压蒸汽节省90%,节能效果显著,并对乙二醇装置进一步节能提出了相关技术改进的建议。
The pinch technology was employed to determine the optimum and minimum heat transfer temperature difference of the heat exchanger networks in the 200 kt / a coal to ethylene glycol plant. At the minimum heat transfer temperature difference,energy consumption analysis of the ethylene glycol plant was performed from part to whole,and optimization schemes of the heat exchanger network were put forward. The results indicated that remarkable energy-saving could be realized,51% of circulating water,19% of middle pressure steam,and 90% of low pressure steam were saved. Furthermore,suggestions for further energy-saving were provided.
