摘要
介绍了目前焦化生产企业焦炉煤气综合利用的现状,以及政府在发展焦化行业的同时开展循环经济、节能减排的工作思路。以当地新建的焦炉煤气制取液化天然气项目为例,探讨了焦炉气综合利用的最佳途径,并对深冷和提氢先后的不同工艺方案进行了技术经济比较,结果表明:先深冷再提氢方案总投资相对较低,收益率相对较高。
Current status of multipurpose use of coke-oven gas and local government's working method on the development of circular economy and energy conservation and emission reduction are introduced. The newly local project of coke-oven gas based LNG is used as an example to probe into the optimal utilization path of coke-oven gas. Meanwhile,the effect of the process order of cryogenic treatment and hydrogen extraction on the economy are analyzed. And the result indicated that the cryogenic treatment first then hydrogen extraction can decrease total investment and increase return on capital.
