摘要
目前国内尿素产能过剩,尿素行业很有必要进行产品结构调整。简述了采用草酸酯法生产乙二醇的工艺流程,以及采用常压固定床气化技术、气流床气化技术生产合成氨(尿素)的工艺流程。针对现有合成氨(尿素)企业拥有的空分装置、气化装置、净化装置、公用工程等有利条件,提出并对比了合成氨联产乙二醇中净化装置的3种技改方案。
At present,domestic urea industry faces over capacity,so it is necessary to adjust the production structure. In this paper,the production process of ethanediol via oxalate,the technological process of fixed bed gasification and entrained-bed gasification were introduced,respectively. Based on the situation that urea enterprises have air separation plant,gasification plant,purification plant and utility system,three tech-transformation plans of the purification unit of the co-production of ammonia and ethanediol were suggested and compared.
