摘要
针对硫氰酸钠装置的换热器和母液蒸发釜发生泄漏,导致循环水水质恶化的现象,进行了一系列分析研究,分析数据表明,换热器泄漏导致物料进入循环水系统是造成该现象的根本原因,并提出了一系列相应的处理方法,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
Due to the leak of the heat exchanger of sodium thiocyanate unit and mother liquor evaporator,circulating water quality presents obvious deterioration. Analysis results showed that the raw material leaked from the heat exchanger led to the deterioration. Relevant treatment measure was taken to solve this problem,and good results were obtained.
