摘要
本文以Langmuir-Hinshelwood表面反应速率控制模型为基础对乙苯脱氢反应进行模拟,在Aspen Plus模拟软件中以用户动力学模型的形式嵌入,床层压降根据Ergun方程进行计算,从而寻求出适合苯乙烯装置乙苯脱氢系统优化调节的方法。
Based on the model of Langmuir-Hinshel wood’surface reaction rate control for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene-basis, imitate in the Aspen Plus simulation software,inserting the user dynamics model,calculating the bed pressure drop according to Ergun equation,so as to seek a solution for the optimization of Yanshan’s styrene device ethylbenzene of dehydrogenation system .
