摘要
在燕山石化低压装置采用淤浆法聚合工艺生产CPE用HDPE粉料,粉料的密度为0.952 g/cm3。此粉料在后续的氯化过程中,工艺平稳,反应压力和能耗与进口树脂相当,氯化后CPE产品的各项性能指标合格。
The modified CPE for HDPE powers was produced in the lower pressure unit of Yanshan Pro-chemical Company by slurry process,which density is 0.952 g/cm3. This kind of process is stable during the process of chlorination. The energy consumption and reaction of pressure was same as that of import. The qualification of the production is accorded with the standard.
