摘要
量子产率是光化学反应中一个重要的物理量。实验中选用二芳基乙烯类光致变色化合物,利用自行搭建的装置,开发了一个测定光化学反应量子产率的新实验,用于中级化学实验教学中。实践表明,该实验加深了学生对相关理论原理和应用的理解,提高了学生自主实验能力和实验兴趣。
Quantum yield is an important parameter in photochemistry. Diarylethene, as a kind of photochromic compound, is used in the experiment. We have validated the method for measuring the quantum yield in the photo-chemical reaction using the in-house made setup and applied this experiment to the comprehensive laboratory course. This experiment facilitates a better understanding of the principles and the applications, and the students℉ability and interest to conduct an experiment are improved.
