Discussion on Welding of Stainless Steel Components on Motor Vehicle Equipment

由于不锈钢本身所具有的特性,与普碳钢相比不锈钢的焊接及切割有着其特殊性,更易在其焊接接头及其热影响区(HAZ)产生各种缺陷。在介绍了不锈钢的焊接方法基础上,研究了不锈钢复合板的焊接特点,提出了不锈钢焊接要点及注意事项,同时指出了不锈钢的焊接应力和变形的控制。

Compared with common carbon steel, the welding and cutting of stainless steel has particularity due to its characteristics. Various defects are more likely to occur in the weld and its heat affected zone (HAZ), so special attention shall be given to the physical properties of stainless steel during welding. Based on the development of stainless steel welding technology, the welding properties of stainless steel were analyzed;the welding methods were described;the welding characteristics of stainless steel clad plate were investigated;the key points and precautions were put forward;the welding stress and the control of deformation were pointed out.
