摘要
分析了GH4169合金发生晶粒组织不均现象的原因,通过变形量、变形程度、变形速度的分析制定出GH4169合金4500吨压机和18MN精锻机联合锻造工艺,按此工艺所生产的棒材产品满足客户要求的晶粒度细于4级甚至6级要求。
The reason about grains nonuniformity occurred in GH4169 alloy was analyzed, the combined GH4169 alloy forging processes with 4500 tons press and 18MN precision forging machine was worked out by analyzing deforma?tion amount, deformation degree, deformation rate, the bar produced according to above described processes met the re?quirements of its grain size finer than grade 4, even finer than grade 6.
