Discussion on Hot Straightening Method of Small Size Titanium and Titanium Alloy Bars

针对钛及钛合金小规格棒材矫直的问题,通过采用焊机电源装置和钛棒组成的电路对钛棒进行加热后再矫直的方法,实现了钛棒的快速加热矫直要求,同时又满足了简单、便捷、高效、低投入的要求。

Pointing at the problem about straightening of the small size titanium and titanium alloy bars, the proce?dures was suggested, of which, creating an electric circuit by connecting an welding machine power to a bar, and heat?ing the bar with the above-said circuit. It meet the demand to speed up the hot straightening of titanium bars, and also satisfied the demand of simplicity, convenience, high efficiency and low cost.
