摘要
平屋面渗水是房屋建筑中最突出的质量问题,也是一直未能很好解决的难题。通过对房屋平屋面渗水原因的分析,找出房屋平屋面渗水的主要原因,再针对原因提出合理的解决措施及改进建议,实现平屋面渗水的可控可治。
Flat roof water seepage is the most outstanding quality problem in housing construction. it is also the problem that have not been well solved. The main reason was found out by analyzing the cause of flat roof water seep?age. Then this article gives the reasonable measures and improvement suggestions for the reason in order to actualize the control and repair of flat roof water seepage.
