应用外加电流对单井管线及油井套管实施阴极保护技术的研究

摘要 喇嘛甸油田埋地管线及油井套管腐蚀相当严重。根据外加电流阴极保护的原理及特点,我们提出把区域内的埋地管线和油井套管作为一个阴极保护的整体,并实施外加电流阴极保护技术。此项技术在对油井套管及单井管线同步实施阴极保护获得成功。延长了管线的使用寿命2-3倍,减少了修停井次数,经济效益显著,具有广阔的应用前景。 The corrosion of the underground pipelines and oil well casings at La Madian oilfield were quite serious. According to the principle and characteristics of the applied current cathodic protection, we propose that underground pipelines and oil well casings in certain area can be considered as a set of cathodic protection, and the technology of the cathodic protection of applied current can be implemented. This technology is successful in the synchronous implementation of the cathodic protection for oil well casing and single well pipeline, which extends two to three times of the service life of the pipeline, reduces the number of well repair or well stop, brings remarkable economic benefit and has broad application prospects.
