Impact Analysis of The Industrial Circulating Water System to Water Cooler of Heavy Oil Catalytic Unit

通过对重催装置检修期间打开的水冷器跟踪观察,对垢样进行检测,并对其循环水系统运行监测数据进行分析,找出影响水冷器腐蚀、结垢原因,提出改进措施,确保水冷器长周期高效运行。

Throughtracking to the opened water cooler during the period of heavy oil catalytic unit overhaul, testing the scale sample, and analysising operation monitoring data of the circulating water, we found out the reason of influencing corrosion and scaling in the water cooler. And we adviced the improvement measures to ensure the water cooler working effectively for a long period of time.
