摘要
选取《中国统计年鉴2011》和《中国人口和就业统计年鉴2011》的相关变量和指标,运用通径分析方法分析了性别、人均生产总值、文化水平、就业率与各省份城镇平均工资水平之间的因果关系。通过分析可知,人均生产总值、文化水平、就业率对城镇平均工资水平有直接与间接两种影响方式。其中,性别变量对城镇平均工资水平影响不显著;人均经济发展水平是决定地区就业人员平均工资水平的主导因素,且其还通过对地区文化水平和就业率的作用,间接影响平均工资;地区文化水平通过对就业率的作用,间接对平均工资产生影响。鉴于此,通过大力发展区域经济及加大对文化事业投入等策略的实施,预计可有效提高城镇平均工资水平。
This study has made a path analysis of the causal relationship between the levels of average urban wages in different provinces and the gender,per capita GDP,employment rate,regional educational levels;correlated variables and indicators are taken from the Chinese Statistics Yearbook 2011 and the Chinese Journal of Population and Employment Statistics yearbook 2011. Results of the study reveal that per capita GTP,educational level,and employment rate have significant direct and indirect effects on average urban wages. Whilst the variable of gender has no significant effect,the per capital economic development level is the major factor that decides a region's average wages. This factor also has an indirect effect through its influence on the region's educational level and employment rate. The regional educational level's influence on employment rate,in the meantime,indirectly affects the level of average urban wages as well. Therefore,the urban average wage levels can expect to be effectively raised through strategies including vigorous economic development and increased spending on cultural undertakings.
