摘要
地方性本科院校服务于地方社会发展及经济建设，在向应用技术型大学转型过程中，亟需提高教学质量及人才培养水平。MOOCs课程对于这一目标的实现提供了有效助力。但在推行MOOCs课程的过程中，地方性本科院校也面临种种问题及困难。分析这些问题的成因并找出对策，有利于促进MOOCs课程在地方性本科院校的可持续发展。
The local universities serve the economic and social development of the local city. During the turning to the Applied Undergraduate Colleges, the local universities badly need to promote the teaching quality and training ability. Moocs is quite helpful to the situation. In this procedure, however, there are many problems and difficulties. Finding the solution and solving the problems is definitely good to the sustainable development of local universities.
