翻译记忆——电脑辅助翻译的新声音

电脑辅助翻译和机器翻译一直一来就是两个相互联系却有着本质区别的概念，在实际使用时常常让人产生混淆，本文拟从回顾机器翻译的历史入题，比较了机器翻译和电脑辅助翻译各自的特点，着重论述了电脑辅助翻译的新发展——翻译记忆的主要信息。

Computer Aided Translation（CAT） and Machine Translation（MT）, which are essentially different, have been interrelated for a long time, this always confuses those who use them, and this paper starts from the perspective of reviewing the history of MT, make a comparison between the characteristics of CAT and MT respectively, put emphasis on the new development of CAT--Translation Memory.
