提高图书质量需要有与之配套的规范合理的规章制度。三审制、校对制度等多年行之有效的制度不应被忽视，同时领导需重视，制定结合本社实际、具体详细、操作性强的规章制度，做到有据可依、奖惩合理。
To improve the quality of books, we need to have reasonable rules to obey. The three-review system, the proofreading system and many other effective systems should not be ignored. Simultaneously, the leaders of publishing house should pay close attention to the quality, formulate detailed, practical rules according to the publishing house.
