摘要
目的研究盐酸氨溴索联合气管镜灌洗对重症肺部感染患者血氧分压(PaO2)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)及血液氧饱和度(SaO2)等水平的影响,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2012年10月-2013年10月收治的重症肺部感染行气管切开的患者92例,随机将其分为观察组及对照组,每组46例;对照组患者静脉滴入盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合纤维支气管镜对支气管肺泡进行灌洗以及吸痰治疗,对比两组患者PaO2、PaO2/FiO2及SaO2等水平变化,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组患者治疗后PaO2、PaO2/FiO2及SaO2等水平显著高于治疗前,及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的69.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索联合气管镜可有效改善重症肺部感染患者PaO2、PaO2/FiO2及SaO2等水平,并缩短各项治疗时间,提高临床治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE To study the impact of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with bronchoscope lavage on the levels of partial pressure of arterial oxygen (PaO2 ) ,the ratio of the partial pressure of oxygen to the inspired frac‐tion of oxygen (PaO2/FiO2 ) ,and arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2 ) of the patients with severe pulmonary infec‐tions so as to provide guidance for the clinical treatment .METHODS A total of 92 patients with severe pulmonary infections who underwent the tracheotomy from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013 were enrolled in the study and randomly di‐vided into the observation group and the control group ,with 46 cases in each .The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride ,while the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with bronchofibroscope for bronchoalveolar lavage and was treated with sputum suction ,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS13 .0 software .RESULTS The levels of PaO2 ,PaO2/FiO2 ,and SaO2 of the obser‐vation group were significantly higher after the treatment than before the treatment or those of the control group after the treatment (P〈0 .05) .The effective rate of the observation group was 93 .48% ,higher than 69 .57% of the control group ,and the difference was significant (P〈 0 .05) .CONCLUSION Ambroxol hydrochloride com‐bined with bronchoscope can effectively improve the levels of PaO 2 ,PaO2/FiO2 ,and SaO2 of the patients with se‐vere pulmonary infections ,shorten the treatment time ,and raise the clinical curative effect .
