热毒宁与利巴韦林治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿的临床疗效比较

Comparison of clinical effect of Reduning and Ribavirin injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children

目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿的临床疗效,为临床治疗方案的制定提供参考依据。方法选取2011年8月-2013年8月在医院就诊的急性上呼吸道感染患儿118例,随机分为观察组和对照组各59例;对照组在常规治疗措施的基础上加用利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注,观察组在常规治疗措施的基础上加用热毒宁注射液静脉滴注,治疗3d后对比两组患儿的临床指标及不良反应的发生情况,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果经过治疗后观察组患儿痊愈率为57.63%、总有效率为94.92%,对照组患儿痊愈率为28.81%、总有效率为81.36%;观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间为(2.16±1.15)d,咳嗽消失时间为(2.18±1.26)d,均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在治疗过程中未发现明显的不良反应。结论热毒宁注射液可缩短小儿急性上呼吸道感染的病情、提高患儿的临床治疗效果、其临床疗效优于利巴韦林注射液,且安全性良好,值得推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of Reduning injection in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection ,so as to provide reference for clinical treatments .METHODS Totally 118 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection from Aug .2011 to Aug .2013 were selected in our hospital .They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 59 cases for each .Two groups were all given conventional treatment of upper respiratory tract infection .In addition to this ,the control group used intravenous drip of Ribavirin injection ,and the observation group adopted intravenous drip of Reduning injection .After 3 days of the treatments ,the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared .All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17 .0 software .RESULTS After the treatments ,the observation group owns the cure rate of 57 .63% ,and it＆#39;s the total effective rate was 94 .92% .However ,the cure rate in the control group was 28 .81% and the total effective rate was 81 .36% .The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （all P〈0 .05） .In the observation group ,time of the temperature returned to normal was （2 .16 ± 1 .15） days ,and the time of cough disappeared was （2 .18 ± 1 .26） days ,which were all significantly less than the control group （P〈0 .05） .No adverse reactions were found in the observation group .CONCLUSION Reduning injection can shorten disease period of acute upper respiratory tract infection and can improve the efficacy of clinical treatment in children .Its clinical curative effect is better than that of Ribavirin injection ,with favorable safety ,hence is worthy of promotion and application .
