摘要
本研究回顾了我国四次工资制度改革中事业单位职员工资结构的变迁过程,对事业单位职员职级与工资标准进行了纵向比较,同时与事业单位专业技术人员和机关公务员工资结构进行了横向比较,从而概括出事业单位职员工资结构的特点,并进一步提出了针对性的对策建议。
The study reviews the changes of institution staff' s compensation structure in the all previous reforms since 1956.In the paper, there is a vertical comparison of institution staff' s compensation structure and a horizontal comparison among institution staff and professional technical personnel and civil servant' s compensation structure. Based on the analysis, the paper generalizes characteristics of institution staff' s compensation structure and finally puts forward the policy suggestions.
