摘要
培训转型与升级是当前培训行业需要面对的新常态。本文分析了培训行业的发展现状与问题,基于国内外学者对优化培训服务的探索与实践,提出以增值服务模式整合培训服务的理念,并以上海某培训公司为例,从企业理念、培训需求、培训方式与培训效果转化、学员生涯管理、企业生态系统构建等五方面具体阐述了增值服务模式的实施,为其他培训企业的发展提供借鉴。
Service trensformation end npdate is the new normal which today' s training industry should be faced. This article analyzes the status quo end problems in training industry, based on the exploration end practice of scholars at home end abroad, we come up with a conception of using value-added mode to integrate training service. To provide a reference for the development of other training enterprises, we take an training company in Shanghai for example end explain its implementation of value- added service mode from the enterprise idea, training demand, training methods end transfer, trainees' career management end enterprise ecosystem construction.
