摘要
本文在阐述了中国企业"走出去"战略和"本土化用工"策略的相关背景后,以国有大型资源开发类央企——中国有色集团为例,分别从劳动用工的管理体系、培训教育体系、劳资谈判薪酬管理体系以及跨文化沟通体系四个方面,详尽论述了该企业的"走出去"人力资源本土化用工的管理经验,对其取得的成效进行了客观评价,梳理总结了其中存在的不足并给出了建设性意见。
This thesis elaborates the background of Chinese enterprises 'Going abroad' strategy and 'Local labor' tactics, and then, take the case of CNMC,which is a large=scale resource development enterprise owned by the state, it discusses the management experience of local labor in human resource management when going abroad from the four aspects of labor and employment management system, training and education system, collective bargaining management system, cross-culture communication system. It evaluates the efficiency objectively, summers the deficiency and gives constructive suggestions.
