初等教育院系学科建设的定位、生长特色及其培育——以首都师范大学初等教育学院为例 被引量:12

On Orientation,Development Characteristics and Cultivation of Discipline Construction in Elementary Education Colleges——Taking Elementary Education College of Capital Normal University as Example

摘要 我国小学教师教育实质性纳入高等教育的体系已经走过了十六年的历程,随着小学教育专业建设的不断深入,特别是研究生教育的逐步展开,初等教育院系学科建设的任务已迫在眉睫。学科建设必要性体现在对小学教育专业建设的支撑性、承担学术创新任务、服务和满足社会需求以及高层次人才培养的基础等方面;初等教育院系学科建设的定位应从关注其专业的基础性、前沿性、与本科教育的关联性、队伍的结构特点和学科建设的成果对教育实践的转化价值等几个方面考虑。学科建设的生长特色应聚焦在"小学教育"这一共同领域,下设若干方向,而特色培育的关键是建设一支由多学科构成的教师团队以及学科平台和新生学位点的建设。 It has been sixteen years since elementary school teacher education was essentially brought into the system of higher education in China. With the in-depth development of elementary education discipline, especially the gradual development of graduate education, the discipline construction of elementary education colleges is extremely urgent. The necessity could be understood by the aspects as follows : the supporting role of discipline construction towards the major construction of elementary education, the academic innovation, the need of social requirement, the cultivation of high level talents, etc. Meanwhile, the discipline construction of elementary education colleges should be orientated and focused on the fundamental and frontier characteristics of the major, the relevance with the undergraduate education, the features of the team's structure and the transform value from discipline construction to teaching practice. The development characteristics of discipline construction should be focused on the common domain of elementary education, which contains several subfields. And the key point of cultivating characteristics is to build the team of teachers consisting of teachers with different subjects and construct the platform of multi-subjects and new degree programs.
