补气化瘀方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病48例疗效观察

Observation of Buqi-huayu formula combined with western medicine on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease

目的观察补气化瘀方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病(DKD)的临床疗效。方法将96例DKD患者随机分为2组,对照组48例进行西医常规治疗,治疗组48例在对照组治疗基础上加补气化瘀方治疗。治疗3个月后比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后肾功能、血糖、血脂和血液流变学变化。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)、尿白蛋白排出率(UAER)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、红细胞变形指数及红细胞电泳时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补气化瘀方联合西药治疗DKD疗效确切,能保护肾功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Buqi - huayu formula combined with western medi- cine on the treatment of diabetic Kidney disease （DKD）. Methods 96 DKD patients were randomly divided into two groups. 48 patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine treatment. 48 patients in treatment group were treated by Buqi - huayu formula on the basis of control group treatment. The curative effect, the changes of renal function, blood sugar, blood lipid and hemorheology before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The 24 h quantitative of urine protein, uric acid（ UA）, creatinine（ Cr）, urine albumin excretion rate （UAER）, total cho- lesterol （ TC）, triglyceride （ TG）, glycosylated hemoglobin At c （ HbA1 c ）, fasting plasma glucose （ FPG）, 2 - hour postprandial plasma glucose （2 hPG）, whole blood viscosity （high cut, low cut）, erythrocyte deformation index and erythroeyte electrophoresis time after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined therapy of Buqi - huayu decoction and western medicine has exact effect on DKD, can pro- tect kidney function, its worthy of clinic application.
