摘要 设计了一种以附加直流电源检测式漏电保护和功率方向型漏电保护为基础的,以嵌入式STM32F407ZGT6为控制核心的低压漏电保护装置。采用了提升小波变换方法进行电力参数的去噪,实时有效地滤除电力参数干扰信号,提高井下的电力参数检测的实时性和准确性;并基于μCOS-II操作系统完成装置的软件设计,提高了系统的可靠性和可扩展性。设计的漏电保护装置从安全性、选择性和可靠性方面综合考虑,有效地提高了煤矿井下供电系统的安全性和煤矿的生产效率。 Designs a kind of low voltage leakage protection device, on the basis of additional DC power supply detection and power directional leakage protection, and it chooses the embedded STM32F407ZGT6 as the control core. The lifting wavelet transform denoising method is used to denoise those interference signal for power parameters, thus the the accuracy and real-time of the underground power parameter's detecting are increased. The device's software design is carried out based on the μCOS-Ⅱ operating system so as to improve its reliability and scalability. The device designed in this paper consideres comprehensively from the following aspects: the safety, the selectivity and the reliability, and the safety of underground coal mine power system and the production efficiency of the coal mine are both improved.
