摘要
针对非线性振动磨机有确定激励不确定响应的混沌振动特点,设计以AVR单片机为主控核心,配以外围模拟量输入/输出扩展模块的控制器,结合运用VB软件设计上位机数据采集控制终端,控制变频器实现振动磨机变频调速及超前控制;在程序设计中增加振强及振幅反馈环节,实现对振动磨机超高振强提前减幅,振幅超限急停功能,同时与计算机及变频器相结合形成闭环控制,做到对振动状态的实时监控。
For the nonlinear vibration mill has determined the characteristics of uncertainchaotic vibration excitation response, design the AVR microcontroller to controlthe core, combined with peripheral analog input/output expansion modulecontroller, combined with the use of VB software design of host computer data acquisition and control terminal, control of frequency converter to realizevibration mill frequency control and advanced control; in the program designincreasing the vibration intensity and amplitude feedback link, the realization of the vibration mill super high vibrancing strength advance damping, amplitude overrunthe emergency stop function, and combined with the computer and frequency converter to form a closed-loop control, to achieve real-time monitoring on vibration state.
