电动轮矿用自卸车机电联合制动系统设计研究

摘要 通过对异步牵引电机固有回馈制动特性的分析,针对电动轮矿用自卸车制动工况的特点,提出了一种机电联合制动控制系统,设计了该系统的程序控制流程图,并对系统的回馈制动功率流进行了分析,结果表明该系统提高了整车制动系统的可靠性和工作效率,为实车设计提供了理论依据和方法参考。 Through regenerative braking characteristics inherent asynchronous traction motors analysis, and for the electric wheel dump truck braking condition is characterized by proposed a joint electromechanical brake control system designed program control flow chart of the system, and the regenerative braking system, we propose program flow chart, the results show that and efficiency, as the real car designed to a joint electromechanical brake control strategy, give the the system improves the vehicle's braking provide a theoretical basis and methods for system reliability reference.
