摘要
根据煤机零件淬火过程中彩色图像基色变化实时检测零件的温度。将零件加热至高温红热状态后移至室温环境,在相同图像背景、不同时间的自然光条件下分别空冷,在不同时间间隔实时监测零件温度并用CCD相机同步采集零件彩色图像。用综合滤波法对高温零件测温图像预消噪处理后,对图像的R、G、B值与温度值用最小二乘法进行拟合,得到图像R、G、B值与温度关系拟合曲线。通过试验数据分析得出所测零件图像基色随零件温度及环境光变化及测温误差变化的规律。研究结果为测试误差修正、提高煤机零件淬火温度实时检测精度提供基础。
The variable of primary color image was used to test temperature of coal machine part quenching. The part was heated to high temperature, then, it was taken to be air-cooled respectively for different time in room with the same background, meanwhile the temperature and images of the part were taken with CCD camera at different times. Integrated filtering method was used for the pretreatment of the images; and least square method was used to fit the R ,G,B data of the image and the temperature to obtain the relationship curves of R,G,B and temperature of the test part. The data analysis showed variation quantity of test part temperature and primary color image with environment light. The experiment results provided the basic data for error correct and accuracy improvement for coal machine part quenching temperature test.
