摘要 无机固化泡沫作为泡沫浆体材料是一种新型的防治煤自燃的堵漏材料。复合浆体的搅拌是制备无机固化泡沫重要的环节,在这个过程中,复合浆体搅拌装置起着重要的作用。针对设计的复合浆体搅拌装置,以搅拌时间、水灰比和充满系数为实验因素,对复合浆体搅拌装置混合均匀度进行了实验研究,得出了搅拌时间、水灰比、充满系数与混合均匀度的关系,为制备均匀的复合浆体材料提供了依据。 Inorganic solidified foam (ISF) as foam slurry material is an effective plugging material for preventing spontaneous coal combustion. Composite slurry mixing is an important step in the preparation of ISF, in the process, composite slurry mixing device plays an important role. kind of composite slurry mixing device, used mixing time, water cement ratio and fill Designed a level as the experimental factors, to do experiment of mixing uniformity performance of composite slurry mixing device. Acquired the relationship between the mixing uniformity and mixing time, water cement ratio and fill level. It provided a basis for the preparation of uniformitv composite slurry material.
