摘要
针对传统矿用隔爆型变频器水冷散热系统的特点,通过理论分析与ICEPAK仿真,对冷却水道的结构、冷却水流量和压力大小、冷却水温、水道与冷板表面的距离几个方面进行分析,得出这几方面因素对水冷板的综合影响。最终对矿用隔爆型变频器水冷散热设计起到指导意义。
Based on the feature of traditional water cooling system of mine's flameproof frequency converter. Through theoretical analysis and simulation ICEPAK,analyzed several aspects of the structure of the cooling waterways, cooling water flow, pressure size, cooling water temperature and away from waterways and cold surfaces. Obtain the combined effects of these factors on the water-cooled plate. It plays a guiding significance of Water cooling design of Mine' s Flameproof frequency.
